Bhawna works at The Points Guy as a Senior Web Publisher and supports the team as a content operations strategist. Partnering closely with editorial, engineering, product and paid partnership teams to ensure high-impact storytelling content reaches the audience at the right time. Beyond managing website publication, project workflows and technical troubleshooting, she challenged herself creatively by writing original stories for thepointsguy.com, work that went beyond her formal role and allowed her to contribute directly to the editorial voice.

TPG is also personal for her. The site's content inspired her to begin her own points-and-miles journey. That curiosity evolved into a desire to share her own experiences, insights and perspectives with TPG readers.

Before joining TPG in 2021, she gained hands-on experience in the travel industry at Ebookers.com (Expedia Group), where she helped build and manage hundreds of travel product pages, newsletters, and digital assets for a global audience. Working within a fast-paced, consumer-focused travel platform gave her a strong experience in travel commerce, user experience and content scalability.
